Thank you,

stablebit.com is going offline for a Scanner 2.0 upgrade

edited September 2011 in Scanner
stablebit.com will be unavailable for a bit while it's upgraded to support Scanner 2.0. The licensing infrastructure and the web assets need to be updated. Everyone who has purchased a Scanner license before, will get a free Scanner 2.0 license. I will post more info on the blog.

Going forward, each Scanner copy will be sold individually, or purchase both as a bundle.

Back online. Scanner v2.0 BETA is now available for download.

    Supports:

    • Windows Home Server 2011
    • Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials
    • Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 Essentials

Current license holders get a free upgrade. Just use your old activation code.
  • Excellent, and the full scanning begins!   If I find anything wrong, I'm going to proactively replace drives early as needed this time around.  Usually SeaTools will say the drive is still good even if something starting to go bad is found via 3rd party deeper tools such as scanner.  I'd rather immediately sell any suspicious drives on ebay, and buy a new one to be safe.  We can all finally rest a (stable)bit easier knowing our drives are healthy.

    Except for your ebay customers.
