Stablebit Scanner not showing up in WHS console on different login

I am running the original WHS with latest service pack.  I just installed Stablebit scanner by remote desktop to my administrator log in and it installed without an issue.  But when i log in to the WHS with another login name that also has administrtor rites when i open the WHS console it does not show the add-in on the top toolbar.  I looked at settings and it is there and says installed.

    This is really an unsupported scenario. Scanner 1.0 was tested with RDPing into the server using Administrator, and accessing the console from the Connector on client computers. This is because WHS was not really meant to be a general purpose server OS, normally you should administer it from the console.
