Adding drives to pool - Not Working for Me

I am not able to add my drives to the pool.  When I go to the pool tab, I am informed that I have four drives not in the pool.  At that point, I select one and push the "Add drive to pool" button and am informed that it has been in added to the pool - but it is not. This has been happening with the current (1.0.5635) and last two updates.  The H Drive does show up under the Hard Drive Tab, but the info just says Unknown.

HELP!

    Since there is no help available, I need to try one of the other drive extenders.  Does anyone have any comments or warnings for me?

    This is a user/community forum, not support. Alex has stated he is very busy working on the product and will not visit the forum very often. Have you tried asking for support directly via http://stablebit.com/contact

    As for other options I've tried (and even bought) Drive Bender, but I had so much problems with it and it totally fu*ked up my system. Tried StableBit DP even even the betas here are better than the so called finished DriveBender. Some small problems from time to time, but I've never had total meltdown like DriveBender and Alex is quick with support (if you go thorugh the proper channels).
