I noticed my WHS2011 was slowing down, I saw there was a newer version of drivepool so I installed it on top of my 1.0.1.6008 -> 1.2.4.7226 after which the pool condition showed 0.0% Sadly my pool drive letter changed as well so I'm "Recreate the missing folder" option.
I tried "Re-balance" and "Re-index" but did nothing. It shows the pie-graph correctly but no folders.
How can I get everything back to normal ??

have you tried this tool? changing your drive letter is similar to an OS reinstall, http://wiki.covecube.com/StableBit_DrivePool_Utilities.
Thanks it worked! used the StableBit_DrivePool_Utilities and I got my folders back. Its Re-indexing now.

I have a quick question though, can I turn off Windows Search (SearchIndexer.exe) ?? Does drivepool need it ?
