Follow Covecube on Twitter.update from 2.0.0.225 failed with computer mostly unresponsive, win 7 x64 ultimate
just went through an automatic update and reboot. afterwards the computer was mostly unresponsive. the really weird part was the start menu was the worst part, couldn't enter anything into the search box, couldn't get a right click on "computer>manage" to work. ended up booting into safe mode and doing a system restore from there. seems to be working now.
wouldn't mind updating, but not going to go through this again if i can help it. any ideas on how to make the update work, or just keep 2.0.0.225 for now. don't know what's in the update if it's worth doing or not....
