Thank you,

Client Computer Backups folder?

edited July 2011 in DrivePool

Other issues aside, I've had no probems moving the server folders to the pool, with one exception: the Client Computer Backups folder.

Since this is a folder that can get very huge very quickly, it would make sense to have this stored on the pool as well, even though it isn't necessarily a shared folder like the others.  Any chance we could see this added to M3 at some point?

Yes. That will be added once all the critical issues with M3 are settled.

I didn't want to introduce too much new code without testing it more widely. Adding the backup folder to the pool would have introduced too many variables for one release.

    In a few weeks hopefully.
