Scanner 2.0.0.968 had broken licensing

Latest version is fixed:

Scanner build 2.0.0.968 BETA was released pointing to an internal test activation server. As a result licensing did not work.

Build 2.0.0.972 corrected the issue and the testing process was changed to prevent this in the future.

Sorry to everyone who tried to use that build.
