So I was having a few issues, and after basically trying everything, I replaced the MOBO . 24 hours later, everything seems... good. However, one small issue. I happened to bump a cable on the hard drive and got a error message about a drive missing. I shut down and reattached, and the extender found the drive and all was well, except the error message has not been removed from the dashboard. Not a big deal as I can ignore it, but just thought I would mention it.
