I just installed WHS 2011, and one of the first things I did was to install the Stablebit Drive Pool Add In. I mapped all my folders, including theClient Backup Folder to the Drive Pool. I could not get any of my Clinet Computer backups to succeed, so I unmapped the Client Computer backup folder out of the pool, and that helped. I left some of the other folders like Music, Video etc. mapped to thedrive pool.
Problem now is that I cannot get the set up of the Server Backup to complete, and can therefore not backup the Server.. The error I get is :An error occurred while configuring the backup policy. Ensure that all of your hard drives are connected and properly powered on. . . .
Any sense if my problem is being casued by Drive Pool?

Check to see if you have the drivepool setting turned off i had the same problem with fast/i/o and direct i/o switched on
