Ok i found a work around for the client backups on the pool
1. remove client backup folder from pool
2. back up all the client computers
3. move client folder back to the pool
4. thats it client computers now backup back to the pool i know it's not the way it should work but it does hope it helps

These steps worked for me also, at least for manual backups so far.
So the question now is will backups work if I add another client to the server or will I have to do this step every time a new client is added?
Update 1- adding another client and performing manual backup worked on pool without any issues. Will update again after nightly update.
Update 2 \-nightly updates were performed with no alerts. Only thing I have noticed is that since I have a new drive in the pool and not balanced all backups are on one drive still.
