Migration issue

Recently migrated from an old hard drive to a new one and now there is a empty poolpart folder left behind on the old drive and no matter what I try it will not allow me to delete it. I get a message saying "You need permission to perform this action" any help would be great.

If you've nothing else on the drive that you want, the "easy" out is to format it.

Otherwise, you will have to take Ownership of the folder and its contents and then reset its permissions to give you full control, e.g. http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/window-on-windows/quick-tip-take-ownership-of-files-and-folders-in-windows/3688

P.S. Sometimes I've found that I need to repeat the ownership/permissions steps a couple of times before I actually get full control.
