Whether doing the installs from a network pc or from the server itself, you get the initial yes/no pop really fast when you click to do an install. But then it will take anywhere from 30seconds to 5mins before it actually starts the install. If I do the install from say the OS drive on the server and share a folder out there to the networked machines installs start as fast as expected.
