Drives disappear in My Computer

I am seeing that drives disappear after a while in My Computer and the shares on the drive pool are inaccessable.  Is there a setting I have wrong?  I am using 6008

    Are the drives also disappearing in Disk Management? If so, that might indicate a driver or hardware problem.
