Shares on Remote Web Access and Naming Format

edited May 2011 in DrivePool
. How to make the shares we create available on Remote Web Access, am I missing something or is this feature not available.

. I created three shared folders using the dashboard, when I went to C://ServerPool/ServerFolders/ to look for it, one folder is being displayed in ALL CAPS, but all are in small letters in the dashboard, which is how I named it. This is not going to create a problem is it, not sure if it is an issue in windows, but in the linux world it is.

. Two computers cannot copy into their respective shared folder at the same time. I had me copy data into my shared folder (220 GB / 202,687 items / 5-7MBps). Then I went on to my brother's computer and tried to copy his data into his shared folder (no more than 50 GB), the usual windows "calculating" dialog box, comes up and then goes away.. nothing happens after that..

Coming soon in BETA M3. It's working in the internal builds but is not ready to go public.

No, this is not an issue in Windows :) I think what you may be looking at in the dashboard is the share name and not the folder path. The share name can be anything, DrivePool just happens to use similar names for both the folder name and share name.

    Will test this.
