SMART Info over USB

Scanner seems to be rock solid on my five internal SATA drives (in a WHS 2011 server), but is flakey on my 2TB external USB drive. It can not report the SMART info for this USB drive while other programs I have tried (Crystal Disk Info, HDDScan & Hard Drive Sentinel) all work fine with it and report the SMART info just fine. Below is some of the output from these program. Any help welcomed.

Additional info: Windows and Scanner reports the drive as "HitachiG ST USB Drive".

Just an update: I submitted a support request for this and they were most helpful and got my issue fixed and working well. They just had to tweak some things on their end (the Cloud support where Scanner gets info on your drives and how to access them). I don't see much offical help via this forum so I would suggest if you have a problem, contact them through the support page and they probably can help you. They did for me and now Scanner and DrivePool are both working very well on my WHS 2011 server. Well worth the money.
