100% CPU when there is corrupt disk

I recently plugged in a bad usb flash drive. and noticed that when I reboot windows while the disk is plugged the Hard Drive pooling stays empty and doesn't show any items and vds.exe and drivepool.service.exe use almost all of cpu available. looking at windows event log it shows alot of 

"The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume G:."

I think drivepool should handle situations like this a lot better.
