Thank you,

Drivepool and Sick Beard

edited September 2011 in DrivePool
I have Sick Beard running as a service on whs2011 but I can not see my video folder under the local drive letters.
Should I use c:\serverpool\serverfolders\videos ?
If so will files be placed on c: or the HDD pool

Hi moldmaker78. Yes, you can use that path (very handy for local apps/services that can't see your shares), and the files will be placed into the pool. EDIT: But as Alex says further down, it's better to use c:\serverpool\serverfolders.mount\videos.2 (or .1).
  • You are running it as an actual service or just in the Startup folder?
  • Covecube
Correction, better to use c:\serverpool\serverfolders.mount\videos.2 (or .1).

been getting lots of blue screens. will try this when i have time. had to boot in safe mode and rename
stablebit program folder to something else to keep machine from rebooting. had to reinstall my sickbeard from scratch. seems they don't play well together. not running drivepool now.

  • When I try and browse to

    c:\serverpool\serverfolders.mount\videos.2 (or .1).

In sickbeard it just sits there. Browsing to ServerFolders works ok, any idea about a fix?
