Thank you,

Error performing data disk structure scan.

edited May 2011 in Scanner
I'm about 24 days into my trial of version 1.0.2.2542. Scanner has found 2 damaged sectors on one of my drives in WHS. However when I scan for damaged files after a time I get an error dialog stating 'Error performing data disk structure scan. Not a valid Win32 FileTime. Parameter name: fileTime'. I've gotten the same error every time I've tried these past three days.

The best thing to do is open a contact thread @ http://stablebit.com/support this will guarantee a reply within 24 hours.

Attach the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\OmniDriveGuard folder from your server zipped up. I can provide you with instructions on how to do that if you'd like.

Generally, that type of error means that NTFS itself may be damaged. However, it could be a parsing issue in which case we'll fix it and issue a build. But you need to open a support contact thread first.
