It may be something you have already done, but initially I did not notice that I needed to click on word 'disks' next to the word 'folders' in order to bring up the sub-tab with the balance option. Now it all works fine for me with the same version…

I have exactly the same symptoms as RK11 on WHS2011 - dashboard crashes first time then runs second time.I am running Scanner 2467 and the release version of Drivepool (6008).No solution found infortunately.
