It's been covered before, but yes, the backup wizard that comes with WHS 2011 can only use one target disk and can only handle up to 2TB of source disk(s).

It should be. DrivePool M3 runs "above" NTFS while the Windows defrag API runs "in" or "below" it (depending on your point of view).
